Responsibilities
- Lead weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational excellence
- Execute inventory management, merchandising, and store maintenance protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized shopping experiences
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor store security and implement loss prevention procedures
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong inventory management and merchandising skills
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 10am-6pm)
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling expertise
