Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy access.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment, ensuring all quality standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
