Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld RF scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Inspect products for damage and prepare them for shipment.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Cleveland location.
