As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are processed, packaged, and shipped efficiently. This is a hands-on role perfect for those seeking a stable schedule without sacrificing their weekdays.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate material handling equipment to load and unload shipments from delivery trucks and transport them to storage areas.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and verifying incoming shipments.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and labeling systems to ensure damage-free delivery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately (Start Immediately).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required as this is a local position in Columbus, PA.
- Documentation: Valid state ID or driver’s license.
