Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Package and label items for shipment using industrial packing machinery and materials.
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring) to move stock efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with the team.
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read labels and safety guidelines.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
