Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models designed for the 2026 computing paradigm, focusing on speed and efficiency.
- Lead research initiatives into Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Predictive Analytics to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model explainability, and ethical AI implementation.
- Oversee the optimization of high-frequency trading algorithms and real-time processing systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 7+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with Python, Rust, or Go.
- Proven track record of deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers in production environments.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior engineers and data scientists.
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and Web3 protocols is a plus.
