Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts
- Architect human-centric solutions addressing future workforce and societal challenges
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation products/services
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Establish innovation governance frameworks balancing disruption with operational excellence
- Mentor future-focused talent across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, Web3, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Experience scaling agile innovation frameworks in enterprise environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
