Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ tech convergence (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future consumer behaviors
- Design prototype experiences for next-gen interfaces (neural, AR/VR)
- Produce horizon-scanning reports for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D on patentable future technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting (Gartner, WEF reports)
- Portfolio showcasing 2025+ future-state projects
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
