Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with proven quantum/AI implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-relevant technologies: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or fusion energy
- Successful track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Certified in emerging tech ethics (IEEE or equivalent)
