Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 technology roadmap with quantifiable KPIs

- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive board and investors
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and industry keynotes
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers
- Monitor geopolitical/socioeconomic shifts affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or MBA with tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
