Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of next-generation machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases across the organization.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance within the engineering department.
- Manage a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Apex Dynamics maintains a technological advantage.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience in designing scalable cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of generative AI models, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
