Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing various payment methods and handling cash transactions.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean and tidy at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide full training.
