About the Role:
The Weekend Stock Associate is responsible for ensuring our store is fully stocked, organized, and presentable for our Saturday and Sunday customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and providing a seamless shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute efficient replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor according to company standards.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.
- Process incoming shipments and verify inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily performance goals.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Perform basic cleaning duties, including trash removal and shelf sweeping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record.
