Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm, professional welcome and assist them in finding products.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash and credit transactions with precision.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment throughout the shift.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including security checks and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
