Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process cash, credit, and digital transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Perform light cleaning duties, including trash removal and floor maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in High School or a recent High School graduate.
- Must be authorized to work legally in the United States.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
