Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service by actively listening to their needs and helping them find the perfect products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with current inventory, promotions, and store policies to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers in-store and online, driving sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
