- Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems using established guidelines and software tools.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Process Orders: Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to address complex customer needs.
- Feedback Analysis: Identify trends in customer feedback and relay suggestions to management for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues under pressure.
- Reliability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
