Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently using our internal software systems.
