- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate web browsers.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on clarity and friendliness.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
