Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.

Qualifications
