Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM software.
- Maintain and update customer records with current and accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications
