Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and account issues with high accuracy and speed.
- Document all customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify recurring technical issues and escalate them to the appropriate engineering teams.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on support tickets to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant technical certification is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be available to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting in the San Francisco area.
