Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, resolving inquiries and escalating complex issues to management.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
