Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls and inquiries with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
