Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails promptly and accurately.
- Process customer transactions and handle cash or credit payments securely.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Learn and utilize company software systems for tracking orders and inventory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
