Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Process customer orders and data entry with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are a plus.
