Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and issues professionally.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (10-key a plus).
