Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer calls and emails, addressing questions and resolving issues efficiently.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM systems.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Process Improvement: Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to our service protocols.
Qualifications
