Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients in resolving product issues and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to improve overall customer satisfaction scores.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Conduct market research to understand customer trends and feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
