Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Process incoming calls and emails professionally, ensuring all customer questions are answered accurately and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues using company protocols, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Process Documentation: Document detailed notes regarding customer feedback and service requests to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Policy Adherence: Familiarize yourself with and strictly adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Soft Skills: A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
