Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding our products and services in a timely manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally, directing messages or resolving issues as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment to ensure a great customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Process inventory and stock merchandise according to company standards.
- Identify customer needs and suggest additional products to enhance their shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital systems.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- The ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
