Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process applications and maintain accurate customer records and databases.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service targets.
- Learn and explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with patience and empathy.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
