Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and concerns.
- Assist clients with product information, order status, and troubleshooting solutions.

- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and management teams to identify customer needs and suggest improvements.

Qualifications
