Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Operate computer systems to process orders, update customer records, and maintain accurate data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Qualifications
