Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
