- Client Support: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Listen to customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information into our CRM systems and databases.
- Communication: Clearly convey complex information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to management to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM).
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation is required.
- Attitude: A strong willingness to learn and a professional, helpful demeanor are essential.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in our Brooklyn office.
- Age: At least 18 years of age.
