Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Assist customers with product information and basic troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics and KPIs set by management.
Qualifications
