Responsibilities

- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards during every interaction.
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-sell products to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (equivalent experience considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/hybrid).
