Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls and emails while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Keep the workspace organized and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
