Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone and email to explain our services and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist in the processing of customer orders, inquiries, and returns with accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications
