Responsibilities

- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to enhance customer value.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
