Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and resolve service issues using our CRM system
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer situations
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Meet performance metrics for call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to team goals through collaborative problem-solving
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication skills with clear speaking voice
- Basic computer proficiency and typing ability (30+ WPM)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
