Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and technical issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior leadership when necessary.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new clients through our platform and services, conducting training sessions to maximize their success and retention.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in our CRM system, providing weekly performance reports.
- Feedback Collection: Act as a liaison between the client base and product development, gathering insights to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience from acquisition to renewal.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over specific history.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
