Responsibilities
- Greet and assist incoming customers via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Learn and explain our product features to new clients to ensure successful onboarding.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Document customer feedback and report technical issues to the product team.

Qualifications
