Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure smooth integration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer are mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40 WPM).
