You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving.

- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive revenue.

- Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure adoption.
Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
