Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor client health and satisfaction, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests.
- Document client interactions and account details in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to maintain accurate records.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
