Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on patience and clarity.
- Resolve basic technical issues and troubleshoot common software problems for clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and improve service quality.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining our products/services in simple terms.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
