Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when dealing with difficult situations.
- Update customer records and interaction history in our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
