Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Diagnose and resolve user issues via remote and on-site assistance
- Document support cases using ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Conduct system updates, patches, and security protocols
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (willing to train)
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional on-site visits
